Training Services

As our name implies, TLD-Training and Leadership Development develops and facilitates a wide variety of corporate training services including: professional skills workshops, special learning events, and meeting facilitation.

What is unique about is the approach we take to the project and our ability to tailor our resources to meet the specific needs of our clients. For example, if the content of a workshop is 20 hours, we can break the delivery of the workshop into 5 half-day sessions held weekly or daily for a week depending on the circumstances. We can also incorporate a specific corporate message or theme into the workshop or special learning event. In addition, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. We are not satisfied until you are satisfied with the outcome of our learning interventions.

Meeting Facilitation

Conducting a focus group or brainstorming session. TLD uses proven techniques to help groups gather and analyze opinions and data.
